Fiitmit is a digital service. Nothing is shipped.

How Pro is delivered

Fiitmit Pro is activated instantly on your Fiitmit account as soon as your payment is confirmed. There's no physical product and no delivery charge.
Pro works on every device where you log in to Fiitmit with the same account.
You'll get a payment receipt by email from our payment partner, and your plan and renewal date are shown under My plan in the app and on fiitmit.com/pro.

If Pro doesn't switch on

Some payments (for example certain UPI or bank transfers) take a few minutes to confirm. Pro switches on automatically once they do. If it hasn't switched on within 1 hour, email support@fiitmit.com with your payment ID and we'll sort it out, or refund you in full.

The app

The Fiitmit app is delivered as a download from an official app store or from fiitmit.com/download.
