Terms of use
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Please read section 3. Fiitmit is a fitness coach, not a doctor. It is not a medical device, it never recommends medicines, and it can't replace professional medical advice or emergency services.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Fiitmit, a company registered in India (“Fiitmit”, “we”, “us”), for your use of the Fiitmit app and fiitmit.com (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can use Fiitmit
You must be at least 16 years old. In India, if you are 16 or 17, you may use Fiitmit only with the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf. You must be able to form a binding contract, and you must not be barred from using the Service under applicable law.
3. Health and medical disclaimer
- Fiitmit gives general fitness, nutrition and wellbeing guidance. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition.
- Fiitmit never recommends medicines, supplements as treatment, or changes to prescribed treatment. If anything in the app seems to suggest otherwise, ignore it and tell us.
- If your profile mentions a medical condition, Fiitmit shows a “see a doctor” notice. Please follow it.
- Talk to a qualified doctor before starting any exercise, diet, breathing or fasting programme, especially if you are pregnant or recently gave birth, are under medical care, take medication, or have a heart, lung, blood-pressure, joint, metabolic or mental-health condition, or a history of eating disorders.
- Stop immediately and get medical help if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness or unusual pain.
- Heart-rate, sleep, HRV, step and calorie figures come from your devices or from estimates. They can be inaccurate and must not be used for medical decisions.
- You take part in physical activity voluntarily and at your own risk, within the limits of applicable law.
4. SOS and safety features
The SOS feature tries to alert the emergency contacts you choose. It depends on your phone, battery, network, SMS delivery and on those contacts responding, so it may fail or be delayed. It is not an emergency service and does not contact the police, ambulance or fire services. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number (112 in India, 999 in the UK, 911 in the US). You are responsible for having your contacts' permission to add them.
5. AI features
The AI coach, adaptive plans, AI-written meditations and nutrition estimates are generated automatically by our AI gateway, Hidrogen. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Calorie and macro figures are estimates. Use your own judgement and don't rely on AI output for medical, legal or financial decisions. We may limit how much you can use AI features on the free plan and apply fair-use limits on Pro to prevent abuse.
6. Your account
Keep your login details safe and tell us at support@fiitmit.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. Give us accurate information, especially in your fitness and health profile, because your plans depend on it. You're responsible for activity on your account.
7. Free plan, Pro and payments
- Free plan. Free to use, supported by ads, with daily limits on some AI features.
- Fiitmit Pro. In India, Pro costs ₹599 per month or ₹4,999 per year. In other countries the price is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you subscribe. Prices include applicable taxes such as GST where required. Pro has no ads.
- Free trial. Eligible new users can start a 7-day free trial of Pro in the app. If the trial is linked to a store subscription, you'll be charged automatically when it ends unless you cancel before then. One trial per person.
- How renewal works. If you subscribe with Razorpay on fiitmit.com, you authorise a recurring payment (UPI AutoPay, card or e-mandate): the plan price is charged at the start of each month or year until you cancel, and you're notified before each charge. Any one-time payment option is clearly marked as such and does not renew. If you subscribe through Google Play or the App Store, Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel, and you're charged through that store.
- Price changes. If we change the price of Pro, we'll tell you in advance. The change applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
8. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel any time. Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Google Play: Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
- Razorpay AutoPay: tap Cancel auto-renew in My plan on fiitmit.com/pro or in the app. No further charges are made; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid. You can also cancel the mandate from your UPI app or bank.
Refunds are covered by our refund & cancellation policy. In short: for payments made through Razorpay, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you haven't made substantial use of Pro. Store purchases follow Google Play's or Apple's refund policies. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have by law.
UK and EU consumers: you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital-service contract. If you ask Pro to start immediately (including a free trial), you agree that the service begins straight away. If you cancel within 14 days of a paid period starting, you may be refunded minus a proportionate amount for the days you used.
9. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- break the law, or use the Service to harass, threaten or harm anyone;
- add people as emergency contacts without their permission, or misuse SOS;
- try to get around usage limits, payments or security, or access other people's data;
- copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or resell the Service, except where the law allows it;
- use the AI coach to create harmful, hateful, sexual or illegal content, or to extract its prompts or systems;
- download Fiitmit from unofficial sources. Get Fiitmit only from Google Play or another official app store.
10. Your content
Your logs, messages and other content stay yours. You give us a limited licence to store, process and display them only to run and improve the Service for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can export or delete your data from Profile → Privacy & data in the app.
11. Our app and content
The Service, including our workouts, programmes, meditations, original soundscapes, text, design, logos and the Fiitmit name, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial use, in line with these terms.
12. Third-party services
Fiitmit works with services we don't control, such as Health Connect, Apple Health, Google Play, the App Store, Razorpay, smartwatches and ad networks. Their own terms apply. We aren't responsible for them, and features that depend on them may change if they change.
13. Disclaimers
We work hard to keep Fiitmit accurate, safe and available, but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will reach any particular fitness, weight or health result. Results vary from person to person.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from activities you choose to do against the guidance in section 3. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and ₹5,000 (or the equivalent in your currency).
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using Fiitmit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or where the law requires us to. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and explain why. If we close the Service entirely, we'll give you reasonable notice and a pro-rata refund of any prepaid Pro period.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Fiitmit after that, the new terms apply. If you don't agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
17. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India have jurisdiction. If you live in the UK, the EU or another country whose consumer laws give you more protection, you keep those protections and may bring a claim in your local courts. Before going to court, please contact us. Most problems can be solved quickly by email.
